Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
